cook in making of Halva. "Kancor Mehmet Emin Usta" came from
Sarkikaraagaç that is famous for its tradition al way of producing
Halva in Eskisehir in 1903.
Our main aim is carrying the way of producing Halva to future generations
that dates back before Turkish Repuclic by producing high quality products
with our taste.
Halva is a unique source of food with its unforgetable taste and protein,
it can be eaten not only with hot bread but also as a special dessert.
The
only way to make new generations and the whole world love Halva which
is a long term traditional dessert at Turkish society's tables is producing
quality and taste. Our company is working with this principle in a struggle
